Message From Our Educator
Each year Anne has a week of study leave. This year, while away, she read three books that inspired her. They may inspire you too.
Computers Needed We are looking for gently used computers for the computer lab. If your computer is a few years old and not being used anymore, please email Anne with specifics. When emailing Anne, please include the make, model, speed(Mhz) and RAM. We are looking to upgrade the lab this summer and have at least three or four computers that are too old to work well. We could also use a few more laptops for use at Westlake.

From the Temple Administrator Taking care of our building is an ongoing project during the year, but during the summer we do things that can't be done during the normal course of the year. The major project that took place a couple of weeks ago was the replacement of our three furnaces and two condensers. These units were 26 years old. Our new units will be more energy efficient keeping us warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Other projects that have been completed are the painting of several parts of the building including the sanctuary, sections of the office and several classrooms. We also added electricity and painted the closet off of the social hall which will be the new home to the new PADS freezer. Before you come for the High Holidays, the lights in the sanctuary will have been changed; the parking lot will have been patched, sealed and restriped, and the carpets will have been cleaned. I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the generous contribution of our 2008 Confirmation Class who donated the two new benches you see as you walk into our building. Todah Rabah.
